Polysingular Exploratorium

A space to explore polysingular way of life and practice. 2009-present.

Polysingular Exploratorium (former Studio Salon) is available for anyone who wants to explore polysingularity in their life and in their practice. It’s comprised of two spaces: the 80 sq m live-work loft space and the 200 sq m gallery, which are available for a few hours (to host an event) or for several days (for a residency). We especially welcome the people who never tried to get lost in their imagination before, but artists, theorists, and musicians are also welcome.

The emphasis is made on providing the space for research where one’s own practice can be explored in a more focused environment, where one can have a conversation with interesting people about their practice and generate new ideas, possibilities, and inspirations. The direction of the research should be polysingular in the way that it acknowledges the existence of several possible solutions and yet strives to reach only one at every specific moment of time and space.

Polysingular Exploratorium is hosted at Flutgraben (former Kunstfabrik). It’s open to anyone who is interested. If you would like to visit one of the public events or take part as a resident, please, contact Dmitry directly.

The people who’ve shared a piece of themselves with the Exploratorium are: Isabel Lewis, Clement Layes, Nina Kurtela, Marcela Donato and Ben Evans, Jessica Taylor, Sarah Lewis, Eric Green, Dmitry Paranyushkin, Adam Linder, Rodrigo Sobarzo, Diego Agullo.
